Ordering

What are my payment options?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express & Discover. You can also pay with PayPal or mail in a check. (Please note, we do not ship until payment has been received)

Is there a minimum order?

There is no minimum order. Cases can not be broken. If there is not an option to purchase an item in smaller quantities, they're only sold by the case.

Will I be charged sales tax?

We charge sales tax in the following states: CT, FL, GA, IN, KS, KY, NJ, NY, NC, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI

How long does order processing take?

Most orders process & ship same business day. There are some warehouses that items are made to order and take up to 20 business days. The expected processing time is noted on the product page just below the add to cart button.

Can I apply for N30 terms?

We do not generally extend terms, however, we do review requests. Requirements are to first place 3 orders via credit card, all orders must be over $500 & to complete a full terms application.

Shipping

How is my order shipped?

Most orders are shipped via UPS. Sara Glove reserves the right to ship whichever way is best.

Can I use my shipper number?

Yes, enter the account number in the order notes. Please note: some warehouses do not ship via UPS or FedEx. You will be contacted if we're unable to use your shipper number.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, please note that the duties and taxes are not already included in your order and you will be contacted by the shipper to pay before delivery.

Can you ship internationally?

We generally do not ship internationally. Contact us directly for more information.

How can I check my order status?

You can review order status on your online account or contact us for an updated status.

Do you deliver on the weekends?

Most packages will be delivered the following business day after a weekend or holiday. Contact us for an exact expected delivery date.

Can I expedite my order?

Yes, we offer Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select. Select one of those options at checkout. (Please note that expedited orders will still not deliver on the weekends)

How can I return an order?

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to ship orders as soon as possible. After an order is placed, we can not guarantee to be able to cancel the order. 

Customization

Do you offer customization on all items?

Not all items can be customized. Contact us directly with inquiries.

Is there a minimum?

Yes, but it depends on the item being customized. 

How can I get a price quote?

The best option is to email us with the following information: Full shipping address, Item you want customized, Logo in .ai, .psd, .eps, or other high quality format, How many pieces you wish to order. 

How long do custom orders take?

They can take anywhere from 15-60 days depending on the amount, item and customization. Contact us directly for inquiries.
